Focus on the good. Focus on what is working in your life. Focus on what you do want in your life. What you focus on grows. That focus is God telling you, “There is another way. Follow Me toward your Highest Light. I will not let you down.”

When you are creating things that are not so right, you can, at any moment, align with your Creator, step into your Divine Self, and say:
Today, I create a wonderful life. The choice is always yours to make.
God is always giving you an opportunity to create a beautiful life. The typical mantra you hear is “life is hard.” We are here to tell you that it does NOT have to be hard. Divine Order is always at work. Simply step into that order to create the life of your dreams.
We look forward to watching you create a beautiful year.

Everything that happens in your life is in Divine Order. What exactly does that mean? You may feel like you are bumbling around life, groping your way in the dark while wearing sunglasses, but you are not. When bad things happen, you have been given a golden opportunity to create something new.
For some of you reading this message, you have already created beauty out of chaos. That is what Divine Order means.

Love yourself as you love other people. It is not self-centered to love yourself. Too often people confuse self-love with selfishness. Love is your true nature. Treat yourself accordingly.
I love myself today.

Consider this success mantra as planting a seed that will grow into an abundant harvest. Repeat daily and often.

I’ve been following Kristen Helmstetter’s blog for many years. Recently she changed the name of her blog to Happy Sexy Millionaire, and explained her goal to become exactly that: a Happy Sexy Millionaire. I think it’s one of the best affirmations I’ve ever heard. I’m down with the concept like four flat tires.

From The Art of Mindful Living by Thich Nhat Hanh. Audiobook links are below.
Breathing is the essence of Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings. The technique in the photo is called “In/Out.” We stop thinking so much when we focus on our breath. We all think too much. Our body is present, but our mind is lost in the past or anxious about the future. The first fourteen minutes of The Art of Mindful Living, Part 1 is about this breath. It’s worth a listen.

Lovingkindness to yourself is where it’s at. 😊

Chaos reigns on the planet because you all believe it should.
No one is born depressed, angry, prejudiced, or hurtful. People learn that behavior from each other. If everyone became the peace that they seek, the world would be different.
Be peaceful toward yourself. Be the change you seek in the world.
Mantra:
I am the peace I seek today.

Today provides us an opportunity to celebrate the birth of a new consciousness, a consciousness of Peace, Unity, and ONENESS. Today I let LOVE be my guide.
Today you are called to be a living expression of Love, Light, Peace, Unity and ONENESS. Go forth and prosper. – from Daily Spirit Callings with Rev. Robert Brzezinski. http://revbrz.com/
