Mocha Angels 365. Day 79.

The process of internal change happens in the dark. Change is an inside/out job. The past 48 hours have shown me what I need to be working on within myself. Aside from taking a morning walk, I’m going to clean out papers and shred them. I’m going to either throw away old stuff, give it away, or sell stuff on eBay. I am also going to get extra sleep. I’m adding EFT into the mix too. It’s also time to rid myself of old beliefs.

This pandemic is effecting every person on the planet. Even when we get back to business as usual, and we will, it won’t quite be business as usual. It’ll be different with lots of PTSD thrown in. So I’ll be talking about anxiety relief for the next few posts. Let me know what you all are doing during this global shutdown.

Mocha Angels 365. Day 52.

Day Five of work.

If you want to be deeply fulfilled by all that you do, know you worth. If you like your job, yet feel that you are not getting paid enough, then bless your current salary with love. Gratitude amplifies everything.

As Louise Hay says, ” Affirm that you are now opening your consciousness to a greater prosperity and that part of that prosperity is an increased salary. You deserve a raise because you are a great asset to the company.”

Part six up next.

The Work Series:

Mocha Angels 365. Day 37.

“Our personal attempts to live humanely in this world are never wasted. Choosing to cultivate love rather than anger just might be what it takes to save the planet from extinction.”

– Pema Chodron, The Places That Scare You

I’m reading this book right now, and it is a stellar work. Chodron, an American Buddhist nun, most known for her bestseller When Things Fall Apart, gives clear instruction on how to open the heart (and keep it open) especially when we don’t want to do so. A review is coming soon. If you’ve read the book, or any of her books, let me know what you think.

Mocha Angels 365. Day 33.

“Lean not on your own understanding” means not to only trust what you perceive with your five senses. There is more to this planet than what you see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. Your understanding of life is increased by the gift from God: intuition.

This sixth sense is your Higher Power guiding you in the right direction. Intuition is always your first thought about a situation. The thought is usually quick and fleeting. Sometimes intuition is felt in your body, a la “I had a gut feeling about……”

Listening to your intuition is a skill to be cultivated in order for you to trust it. That’s why meditation or even quiet time with no media distractions is helpful. They both teach you to listen to your own inner wisdom.

Mantra: I trust my intuition today.
