Go outside today for at least thirty minutes, no matter the weather. Spend time breathing deep and feel gratitude for being alive.
No matter the weather, it’s all God, so go enjoy it!
Today’s mantra:
I appreciate all that life has to offer.

A daily meditation practice teaches you how to discern between the chatter in your mind and Higher Guidance. Time is your best friend in learning the difference between the two.
Today’s mantra:
I meditate today.

Many feel lost and abandoned by God. Show love. Embody love. Make someone else’s day brighter by being love.

Two work-related concussions fourteen months apart is enough to get anyone thinking, “Hmmmmm…..what is the Universe trying to tell me?” Clearly I need to listen. I hit my head on Friday and I’m home for now. I am totally open to lessons today. I am fortunate to have people around me who all said, “Sometimes the Universe literally bonks us in the head to wake us up and pay attention. What is going on with you?”
I have some clues and I am working on them. Let me know how the Universe bonked you on the head to wake you up.

Lovers, partners, children, spouses, parents, grandparents…when you love someone, it doesn’t matter where he is on the planet. A strong love does not dissipate with distance. It only grows stronger with time.

To love is to be human. Have a love-filled day!

Saying “thank you” to God ahead of time is the easiest prayer because it works two ways. You can thank God in advance for the answer to your prayers. In other words, expect your prayers to be answered.
Also, say “thank you” for what you already have. I spent this past weekend silently thanking God for my legs, my sight, my health, my children, my mind, my connection with Angels, my friends, my family, and all the love in my life. I appreciate all of those things, and more.
Focusing on the good things in your life magnifies them. So continue to say “thank you” for the goodness in life as well as the prayers you have put out into the Universe.

Do this any time of the day.
When you are stressed.
When you are worried.
When you are happy.
When chaos is swirling around you.
When you are about to go to sleep.
When you are at work.
Writing a gratitude list redirects your thinking. That list helps you focus on the good in your life.

As long as you are breathing and standing upright, you have the power to create each day however you want. What you do with each 24 hours is up to you.
Most of us have jobs, children, and responsibilities. Inject some fun wherever you can. Make each day special because once the day is over, you don’t get to go back to do it again. Although sometimes we do get a redo! (That’s an inside joke.)
Don’t like what happened yesterday? Do the next day different! Bring what you love to the day. Bring you own unique style, passions, and desires to the day. Don’t wait until your birthday, or a holiday, or an anniversary. Do you!
